Flagr gets a facelift!

You've probably already noticed but...We've modified the look and feel of Flagr, cleaned up the CSS and code, and fixed some annoying bugs. We're very excited about the new look.
Most importantly, we've finally implemented a map on our homepage. You no longer need to click explore...it's all right there...waiting for your interaction. Also, check out the featured flags on the front page.
One more thing! We've updated our worldliness algorithm, which put Altzgamer in the lead by a landslide. Congrats my friend. Check out The results.
There are many little things we'll change in the next week or so, but we thought we'd throw it out there for your enjoyment.
Tell us what you think!

Thanks for changing the wordliness calculation. Can you describe the algorithm and what is the most important factor in it? Are you going to add any other indices?
hmm interesting ... my worldliness remains at about the same level as before the new algorithm implementation
Flagr looks better than ever. I love the new home page. Congrats guys!
Thanks.
Altzgamer: We can't give away too much about the worldliness algorithm, but from the looks of it, you seem to have a pretty good handle on it. :) As for other metrics...there were a few that we've discussed in the past, but I'm not sure we'll ever decide to implement them. The runner-up was "connectedness", a metric that is unique for each relationship you have. It represents the connection you have to someone in terms of space. Say you view someone's profile on flagr that lives next door and hangs out in your neighborhood. your connectedness with this person would be high, as compared to a stranger across the country. Dave
