In the most recent push, we've added the ability to message other Flagr users. To send a message, simply visit the users profile page and click "Send this person a message"
Give it a shot...In other news, we've also vastly improved the way in which you can move about the world on the flag's page. Now, there is a handy "zoom to" bar atop the map. You can enter a specific city you'd like to visit or choose from a list of popular destinations.
