      <description>When I go to the FLAGS area, I start at the EVERYONE'S tab that shows some red flags. When I switch to the YOURS tab, I see my own blue flags, but the red ones are still there. Can't really get rid of them unless I refresh the whole site. I sent a screenshot to David by email.
